Typically, most projects start with tree removal or some type of demolition. J H Hiers Construction will clear, grind, demo and haul off all types of material required to prepare the site, regardless of the acreage.

When it comes to moving dirt, our grading professionals are equipped with the machinery required to complete the project. With our own surveyors, GPS machine control and all necessary equipment, we make earth moving look easy no matter the type of material.

Utilities

With our own utility staff, we offer a full service of water, sewer and storm drain installation, regardless of diameter or depth. The installation and close out process is performed precisely with the respective municipality or any resulting owner.

Paving

Asphalt paving, concrete paving, and or curb and gutter are essential elements in almost every project. Our preparation for paving is unmatched, insuring proper grade and compaction to maximize our clients return on their investment.
